Acceptance
By accessing or using the Chaos Tax Calculator (the "Service") operated by ProQ Systems ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
The Service provides an estimate of the cost of preventable chaos in your business based on the inputs you provide. Results are illustrative and are not financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Do not submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.
- Do not attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, design, and underlying technology, is owned by ProQ Systems and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the inputs you submit; you grant us a limited license to use them to operate and improve the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate is accurate for your specific situation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProQ Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ProQ Systems is organized, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
